Local Buy invites local businesses to register as suppliers

Back

Local Buy are the leading procurement services provider for Queensland local government, not-for-profits, schools, local and state government owned corporations, utilities, private entities, and more.

They are currently undertaking a number of initiatives to actively help councils support local businesses struggling under COVID-19 conditions and set them up to access opportunities (public and private) as our local economy is kick-started.

Local Buy has committed to a mass refresh of supplier panels, opening them up for new supplier registrations. A simplified process and helpdesk have been set up to assist local businesses to navigate the panel tender process.

Round 2 of the refresh is currently open, closing on 23 June 2020.

Round 3 opened on Saturday 13 June and will close on 07 July 2020.
